Ingredients

Instructions
As a starting dose: add +/- 200 ml. water, low-fat milk or low-fat yogurt in a glass or shaker cup. Add 1 level scoop (30 grams) and stir or shake until all the powder has dissolved. Use a delicious shake before a meal 1 or 2 times a day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 shake per day. Seaweed Shake should not be used if hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients has been shown in the past. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
