Ingredients

Instructions
As a starting dose, dissolve a measuring cup with 10 ml twice a day in a glass of water and drink it preferably before a meal. Or dissolve 20 ml in a bottle with (spring) water and drink it during the day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 10 ml per day before breakfast. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
