Can I pay afterwards at Golden Naturals?

Receive your order from us before paying with Klarna. With Klarna you don't pay until you've seen your order and decided that you want to keep it (part of it). We are happy to offer you that smoothness as a customer.

How does Klarna pay afterwards?
When you choose to pay for your order afterwards, you will receive a separate invoice from Klarna. Klarna will send you the invoice as soon as we have informed them that the order has been shipped. This is usually about 2 days after you receive an email confirmation of your purchase. You will receive this invoice by e-mail, but download the Klarna app, that goes a lot smooother. The app also contains your invoice and you can set a payment notification. You pay this invoice to Klarna instead of to us, no later than 30 days after you have received the order. The easiest way is to pay the invoice via the Klarna app. But you can also pay for it via the online portal at klarna.com.

Credit check, or not?
If Klarna gives me the option to pay 30 days after delivery, will they do a credit check on me?

Both 'webshop' and Klarna will not perform a credit check that has an impact on your creditworthiness. It is possible that Klarna makes an 'unregistered' inquiry, this has no effect on your creditworthiness.

Can I also have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, when you select Klarna as your payment method you can choose to have your order shipped to a different address. At the check-out you have the option to add a different delivery address.

Keep your order? Or return?
Is your order not to your liking? Then send your order back to us. If you return a part, it will be updated on the invoice. At Klarna you only pay for what you keep.

Tip: pause your invoice in the Klarna app, and we will adjust your invoice to what you keep.

Paying the bill
If you have decided to keep (part of) the order, pay it via the Klarna app. Log in to the Klarna app and pay with 1 click. If you are using Klarna for the first time, they will ask you for some information. If you use Klarna more often, all you have to do is inform them that you want to pay them. You no longer need bank details or passwords. Super simple but always safe.

How do you pay Klarna?
After your order has been shipped you will receive a notification and you have 30 days to pay your invoice with iDEAL or direct debit by logging in to the Klarna app or klarna.nl .

Snooze your payment
If it's not convenient, Klarna gives you the option to snooze your payment for 10 days, completely free of charge. If 10 days is not enough, you can also postpone your payment with 30 days for a small contribution between €0.40 and €1.90. You can arrange all this very conveniently in the Klarna app.

What happens if I pay late?
Klarna does not charge any fees for using Pay Later. If you have not yet paid Klarna by the payment deadline specified in the payment instructions, a first reminder will be sent free of charge by e-mail with a new payment term of 14 days. With the second reminder, Klarna will charge a €13.50 reminder fee. For purchases under €20, a €7.50 reminder fee will be charged. If payment is not made, these costs for amounts up to € 2,500 can rise to 15% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of € 40.

A question about your account
Do you have a question about your account? Klarna is available 24/7 via chat. You can find this in the Klarna app.

How do I know if Klarna has received my payment?
After Klarna has received your payment, Klarna will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Didn't receive an email? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team via the Klarna App. Keep your proof of payment to hand.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact our 'webshop' customer service if you want to cancel your order.

I canceled my order. How long will it take before I receive my refund?
As soon as we have processed your cancellation, you will receive the amount back within 30 days in the same way as you paid.

What happens to my invoice when I have returned items?
When we have (partially) received your return, we will send you an update of your invoice. Have you returned your order in full? Then we will close your outstanding invoice.

I have received an invoice, but the goods have not yet arrived?
You do not have to pay if you have not yet received the order. We advise you to contact our 'webshop' customer service to request an update. In addition, contact Klarna's Customer Service Team so that they can postpone the payment due date. Or arrange it yourself very easily in the Klarna app.

How do I receive my refund?
The amount will be refunded in the same way you paid.

Do you have discount codes?

All our (active) discount codes can be found on this page.

The payment failed and my discount code no longer works, what can I do?

If the discount code no longer works because the payment failed, please contact our customer service. We can then send a new payment link or create the order again with a discount. If you place a new order yourself, it is unfortunately not possible to settle the discount. So always contact customer service to avoid disappointment afterwards.

Does Golden Naturals accept gift vouchers?

Unfortunately it is not possible to pay with gift vouchers at Golden Naturals.
