Golden Naturals Multi Gold contains all the important vitamins and minerals in high doses in the bioactive, so easily absorbable form. This multi is especially for men and women aged 18 to 60. In its composition, optimum absorbable substances and forms of compounds have been chosen as much as possible, in an optimal ratio and dosage. Vitamin B6, B11 (folate), vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3 help maintain good resistance. Vitamin B2, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support fatigue. Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12 and vitamin C are good for the nervous system. Vitamin B1, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support mental functions and mood. Think memory and concentration or when feeling stressed and tense. Some other nutrients have also been added to this multi, such as zeaxanthin, lutein and coenzyme Q10.
Bioactive ingredients for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals supplements are highly absorbable due to their bioactive ingredients. Bioactive' means that the body does not need to convert the substance first: the active ingredient can do its work immediately, thus achieving optimal efficiency.
