- Gender.
Your personal data will be stored by Golden Naturals B.V. for the above processing purposes for the following period:
- During the term of the agreement and only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years afterward.
To make recommendations, the data entered into the platform (results of questionnaires, health data you provide in the context of a suggestion) may also include sensitive personal data. Processing of Personal Data of Newsletter Subscribers
Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed by Golden Naturals B.V. for the following purposes:
- Informing the individual through newsletters.

- The newsletter registration form;
For the above purposes, Golden Naturals B.V. may request the following personal data from you:

- Middle name;
- Last name;
- Email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Golden Naturals B.V. for the above processing purposes for the following period:
- During the period that one is subscribed.
Processing of Personal Data of Prospects, Stakeholder/Lobby Contacts, and/or Interested Parties
Personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts, and/or interested parties are processed by Golden Naturals B.V. for the following purposes:
- Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
The legal basis for these personal data is:
- Oral consent, handing out a business card, and/or via a connection on LinkedIn;
For the above purposes, Golden Naturals B.V. may request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data will be stored by Golden Naturals B.V. for the above processing purposes for the following period:
- During the period one is seen as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contacts, and/or interested party.
Disclosure to Third Parties
The data you provide to us can be passed on to third parties if necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. We use a third party for:
- The provision of the internet environment of the GDPR program;
- The provision of (financial) administration;
- The provision of newsletters and invitations.
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a data processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties unless required by law and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you provide us with written consent to do so.

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian, or legal representative.
Retention Period
Golden Naturals B.V. does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or required by law.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures:
- All persons who can access your data on behalf of Golden Naturals B.V. are obliged to maintain confidentiality;
- We have a username and password policy on all our systems;
- We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data when there is a reason to do so;
- We create backups of personal data in order to restore them in the event of physical or technical incidents;
- We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
- Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
Rights Regarding Your Data

You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask that you contact us directly about it. If we cannot resolve the issue together with you, we naturally find this very unfortunate. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
