Golden Naturals Multi Gold contains all important vitamins and minerals in a high dose in the bioactive, so easily absorbable form. This multi is especially for men and women aged 18 to 60 years. In the composition, optimally absorbable substances and connection forms have been chosen as much as possible, in an optimal ratio and dosage. Vitamin B6, B11 (folate), vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3 ensure the maintenance of a good resistance. Vitamin B2, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 and vitamin C are good for the nervous system. Vitamins B1, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support mental functions and mood. Think of memory and concentration or feelings of stress and tension. A few other nutrients have also been added to this multi, such as zeaxanthin, lutein and coenzyme Q10.
