What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are only €3.95. From €25, -, shipping is even completely free. Below is an overview of all countries to which we ship and the associated shipping costs:

When do I receive my order?

If you have completed your order (on working days) before 23:45, the items will be delivered the next day. If you have completed your order before 23:45 on Saturday and Sunday, the items will be delivered on Monday.

Is another day more convenient for you? Then choose a different delivery time in the menu. This way, you will usually have your package the next day. Longer delivery times may apply for other countries.

In all cases, the shipment can be followed via track and trace. The number of offer attempts differs per country, but the recipient always receives a notification with which he / she is given the opportunity to access his / her package as soon as possible.

If the customer is not at home during a delivery attempt, an attempt is made to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, the package will go to a local collection point and the customer will be notified.

Can I also choose a collection location?

Yes, you can also choose to pick up your package at one of the many collection locations in the Netherlands and Belgium (on the chosen day from 3 p.m.). Among others at Albert Heijn, Bruna, Jumbo and Primera. Customers in Belgium can also receive their package at the many Kariboo locations! to pick up. You can also opt for a package machine (if available) in your area. Here you can pick up your package with a code, at a day and time that suits you.

I don't have a collection code for the parcel machine, what can I do?

Kun je je pakket niet uit de pakketautomaat halen omdat je de afhaalcode niet hebt? Doorloop het volgende stappenplan.

  1. Check je ongewenste mail
    Controleer je map voor ongewenste e-mail. Het bericht met de afhaalcode komt daar soms in terecht.
  2. Dubbelcheck de locatie
    Controleer of je pakket wel echt bij de pakketautomaat is afgeleverd. Het is namelijk mogelijk dat de bezorger is uitgeweken naar een ander (bemand) ServicePoint. Bijvoorbeeld omdat de pakketautomaat een storing had, of omdat er geen kluisje beschikbaar was waar je pakket in past. Kijk daarom goed op track en trace bij welk afhaalpunt je pakket ligt. Voor een bemand afhaalpunt heb je geen afhaalcode nodig.
  3. Neem contact op met de klantenservice
    Is je pakket inderdaad in een pakketautomaat geleverd en zat de code niet tussen je ongewenste mail? Neem dan contact op met de klantenservice van de betreffende vervoerder. Zorg ervoor dat je het zendingsnummer van het pakket bij de hand hebt. De klantenservice regelt dat je alsnog zo snel mogelijk een afhaalcode toegestuurd krijgt.
What happens if I am not at home?

The carrier will always first come to your specified address. Are you not at home? The delivery person will then try to deliver it to your neighbors. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, your package will go to a pick-up location and you will then have another week to pick up the package.

My package was not delivered. What can I do?

You are expecting your package, but the postman has not been there within the specified time frame. First check the following points:

  • Check your Track & Trace
  • Check your delivery address in the order confirmation
  • Check the app of the relevant carrier for more information

If you are not at home, the parcel delivery person will deliver the package to your neighbours or to a collection point near you. Did you miss the delivery person and did not receive a not-at-home note in your letterbox? That's right! Most carriers will inform you digitally about your package as much as possible.

You will find a track & trace code in your e-mail and in the carrier's app. With this code you can see where you can pick up your package.
