What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands and to Belgium and Germany are only €3.95. From € 15, -, shipping for these countries is even completely free. Below is an overview of all countries to which we ship and the associated shipping costs:

When do I receive my order?

If you have completed your order (on working days) before 4 p.m., the items will be shipped the same day. This way you usually have your package at home the next day. Longer delivery times may apply to other countries.

In all cases, the shipment can be followed via track and trace. The number of offer attempts differs per country, but the recipient always receives a notification with which he / she is given the opportunity to access his / her package as soon as possible.

If the customer is not at home during a delivery attempt, an attempt is made to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that is not possible, the package will go to a local collection point and the customer will be notified.

Which carrier delivers my package?

Orders are sent using the PostNL delivery service. It is possible that the package is transferred to another carrier in the country of destination

Can I also choose a collection location?

Yes, you can also choose to pick up your package at one of the many collection locations in the Netherlands and Belgium (on the chosen day from 3 p.m.). Among others at Albert Heijn, Bruna, Jumbo and Primera. Customers in Belgium can also receive their package at the many Kariboo locations! to pick up. You can also opt for a package machine (if available) in your area. Here you can pick up your package with a code, at a day and time that suits you.

What happens if I am not at home?

PostNL will always first come to your specified address. Are not you home? The delivery person will try it at the neighbors. If you are not home twice and the neighbors have not succeeded, your package will go to a pick-up location.

My package was not delivered. What can I do?

You expect your package, but the postman has not arrived within the specified time period. First check the following points:

  • View your Track & Trace
  • Check your delivery address in the order confirmation
  • Look in the PostNL app for more information

If you are not at home, the parcel deliverer will deliver the package to the neighbors or to a PostNL point in your area. Did you miss the delivery person and didn't receive a non-home note in the mailbox? That's right! From now on, PostNL will inform you digitally about your package as much as possible.

You will find a track & trace code in your email and in the PostNL app. With this code you can see where you can pick up your package. Or enter the code here. You can also continue to track your package with your previous track & trace code.
