Complaints

Our employees in the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction. After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you of this.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Home Shop Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
