Is it possible to return my order?

Ordered something wrong or would you rather cancel the purchase? No problem! Products that have not yet been opened and whose seal is still intact can be returned. You can inform us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products without prior notice within 30 days of receipt, as long as you add a notice showing your wish to cancel.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you are canceling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.

How quickly is a return processed?

How soon will I be refunded after I have returned?
