How do I order something from Golden Naturals?
In 3 simple steps:
  1. Place an item in your shopping cart and go to checkout. 
  2. Check your order. Consider the address, delivery date and any discount code. 
  3. Finish by paying. That is possible with various payment methods.

Tip: create a personal account. For example, you can review your previous orders and easily select products for a new order. Handy! Is it not possible? No worries! Our employees can also make an order for you by telephone, chat or e-mail.

Can I still change or cancel an order?

At Golden Naturals we process orders directly, so that you also receive your package as quickly as possible. Have you placed an order, but still want to change or cancel something? Then contact our customer service as soon as possible. In this case, calling is just a little faster.

Can I use a discount code?

You will find all (active) discount codes on this page. You can enter the discount code in two places:

  • in your cart
  • in the checkout screen
Don't forget to press the "apply discount" button and see if the discount has been settled. After your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to settle the discount. Are you unable to use a discount code? Then please contact us.
What can I do if a product is not in stock?

Is a product not in stock? Then enter your e-mail address with the product. You will automatically receive an email from us when the product is back in stock.

I have a discount cap from Golden Naturals. Can I also submit this online?
