Use and dosage
Instructions
Start by measuring 20 ml of the liquid in a measuring cup. Take this amount into your mouth and gargle with it for 60 seconds. Do this initially 3 to 6 times a day. Follow these steps for proper gargling technique:
  1. Tilt your head backward.
  2. Open your mouth and say 'ahhh' without swallowing the liquid.
  3. Keep the epiglottis, the small flap at the back of your throat, closed to prevent accidentally swallowing the liquid.
Mastering this technique may take some practice. (You can practice initially with just some water if needed). When performed correctly, the vibrations at the back of your mouth will cause the gargling liquid to start moving, similar to the bubbling of boiling liquid.

Gargling will coat the back of your mouth with the liquid. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of gargling 1 to 2 times a day. The elixir can be swallowed after gargling if preferred. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication use. Not suitable for use if you wish to have children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
Storage advice
Keep cool, dry and closed. Shelf life 6 months after opening. Keep out of reach of young children.
