At Golden Naturals everything revolves around quality, efficacy and of course service. Every day we do our utmost to serve our customers satisfactorily and to help as many people as possible maintain and improve their health. We therefore attach great importance to the opinion of our customers. What are we doing well? What can be done better? In order to get a really good answer to these and other questions, we had a customer satisfaction survey carried out by an independent research agency in October last year. With the aim of concrete improvement points and tools that can take us to an even higher level. More than 130 retailers took the time to complete the questionnaire and thus give their feedback on our products and services, among other things.

General customer satisfaction scores a whopping 8.5. Customers are most pleased with the wide range, the quality and our fast delivery. What could be better?

Naturally, a customer satisfaction survey always yields recommendations. More attention to communication towards the customer with regard to product changes, introductions and remediation was one of the most frequently mentioned points for improvement. In addition, almost all customers have an even greater need for more product-specific knowledge in order to provide their customers with optimal advice. It goes without saying that Golden Naturals takes all the recommendations from the study very seriously and is fully committed to rapid improvement of the points mentioned.
