Why make it difficult when it can be easy? The roasting pan that you will use with this meal contains all the components for a healthy meal. Omega 3 from the salmon, fresh vegetables and tasty potatoes.

What do you need?

For 6 servings:

  • olive oil
  • 8 waxy potatoes cut into slices
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 6 salmon fillets of 125 grams
  • florets from 2 stalks of broccoli
  • 30 small tomatoes halved
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt and pepper

Prep: 15 minutes + Prep: 30 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Then put the potato slices in a roasting tin with salt, pepper and oregano and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Now raise the oven temperature to 220 degrees. Add the rest of the ingredients and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
