Golden Naturals Iberis Tincture is a natural herbal tincture with the stomach-friendly herb lemon balm that supports digestion. In addition, this tincture contains the extract of the Iberis amara; known in Dutch as the bitter sheath flower. The combination of these herbs creates a synergistic effect: lemon balm and bitter sheath flower reinforce each other's effect.

Dosage
Take 20 drops 3x daily preferably half an hour before or at least one hour after meals with water, (herbal) tea or fruit juice. Children from 2 to 12 years: 10 drops 3x daily. The drops can also be taken undiluted. Can be kept for 12 months after opening.
