Dosage
As a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended quantity may also be taken spread over the day before meals with water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 to 2 capsules a day. Children aged 1 to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day.
