Instructions
Take 1 tablet once a day, preferably with water during the evening meal. Zinc is best absorbed when taken with food.
Preferably take it with meals that contain protein, as this can help with the absorption of zinc. Copper and iron, on the other hand, compete with zinc to be absorbed in the digestive system. If you take other supplements that contain these minerals, it is a good idea not to take these supplements at the same time as Zinc Bisglycinate. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
