The rose root (Rhodiola rosea) originally grows in cold, mountainous regions of North America, northern Asia and northeastern Europe. The roots used to be used there as a natural tranquilizer*. The roots and rhizome of rhodiola contain phytosterols, organic acids, flavonoids, glycosides, fats, phenols and traces of essential oils with no less than 86 components. Rose root (Rhodiola rosea) helps with fatigue in stressful situations*. Golden Naturals Rhodiola 2500 mg also contains zinc that supports tension and exertion. Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal psychological function and maintains mental energy. Instructions
1 tablet 1x daily, preferably in the morning before the meal, with water. Children from 3 to 12 years half a tablet per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount.
