For people who want to keep their cholesterol level at a healthy level, Red Yeast Rice & Q10 with black garlic is an extremely suitable and natural product. Red yeast rice is fermented white rice with the fungus Monascus purpureus. Monacolin K is formed when rice ferments: a biologically active substance with many beneficial properties. This product contains 2.5 mg of monacolin K per tablet. An intake of more than 3 mg of monacolins per day should be avoided. In addition, Red Yeast Rice & Q10 contains black garlic that is good for the heart* and contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels*.

Instructions
1 x daily 1 tablet, preferably in the evening with a meal with water. Not to be consumed by children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. Do not use with cholesterol-lowering drugs/agents or other products containing red yeast rice. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of health problems, illness or medication.
