Golden Naturals Multi Stong Gold contains all important vitamins and minerals in the biologically active, so easily absorbable form. This multi is especially for men and women aged 18 to 60. The composition has been chosen as much as possible for optimally absorbable substances and compound forms. Vitamin B6, B11 (folate), vitamin B12, vitamin C and vitamin D3 ensure the maintenance of good resistance. Vitamin B2, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support fatigue. Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and B12 and vitamin C are good for the nervous system. Vitamin B1, B6, B11, B12 and vitamin C support mental functions and mood. Think of memory and concentration or feelings of stress and tension. Some other nutrients have also been added to this multi, such as zeaxanthin, lutein and coenzyme Q10.
Biologically active substances for optimal absorption
All Golden Naturals multis are highly absorbable due to the biologically active ingredients. 'Biologically active' means that the body does not have to convert the substance first: the active substance can do its job immediately and thus has an optimal return. The ease of use has also been considered, so that you only have to take your multivitamins at one time of the day. In addition, the multis contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P). This is the biologically active form of B6; the body can absorb it directly. As a result, the effectiveness is optimal and a low dose is sufficient.
