Instructions
as a starting dose, take 2 capsules 1x daily, preferably before or during the meal, with water. This recommended amount may also be taken throughout the day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 2 to 12 years 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. As far as is known, this dietary supplement can be used in combination with medicines. Suitable for children, pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
