Description
This is a very suitable 'maintenance product' for muscles and joints. Curcuma helps keep joints flexible*. Boswellia is good for the joints*. Vitamin D3 is good for the muscles. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of healthy cartilage.

Use and dosage
Instructions
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal with water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable when you want to have children and when you are pregnant, but when you are breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
