Instructions
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a meal with water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable when you want to have children and when you are pregnant, but when you are breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
