Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb from India, Central and South Asia, and parts of Africa. The Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of ashwagandha for over 4000 years, but it is less well known in Western countries. Ashwagandha is calming, has a positive effect on body and mind and supports natural sleep*. This is due to the active substances in the root extract: they have a regulating effect on the hypothalamus/pituitary gland/adrenal glands and can contribute to the maintenance of normal cortisol levels. The rhodiola in Golden Naturals Ashwagandha & Rhodiola helps to maintain mental and physical balance during periods of stress and strengthens mental resilience*. Instructions
2x daily 1 capsule before or during the meal with water. Suitable for children from 12 years. Do not use in combination with antidepressants and sleeping pills.
