Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb native to India, Central and South Asia, and parts of Africa. The Ayurvedic tradition has known the use of ashwagandha for more than 4000 years, but it is less well known in Western countries. Recently, science has underlined the traditional uses of ashwagandha. The active substances in Ashwagandha root extract are uplifting*, help with stress situations* and help mental resilience*. Golden Naturals Ashwagandha KSM-66® contains the branded ingredient ashwagandha KSM-66®, the best available ashwagandha extract worldwide. That's because it consists solely of the roots of the Withania somnifera plant. In ashwagandha KSM-66®, all components of the original herb are present in proportion, without excess of any of the active substances. This is important because all components must be present in their natural proportion for an optimal effect.

Use and dosage
Instructions
1x daily 1 to 2 capsules preferably before or during a meal with water. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Suitable for children from 12 years. Capsule may be opened if too large to swallow. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable if you want to have children, if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication use.
