Instructions
as a starting dose, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with water. This recommended amount may also be taken with water during the day before a meal. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day. Children from 1 to 12 years 1 to 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. As far as is known, this dietary supplement can be used in combination with medicines. Not suitable when you want to have children and when you are pregnant, but when you are breastfeeding.
