Description

Golden Naturals 5-HTP 200mg contains the amino acid L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), extracted from the seeds of the native West African plant Griffonia simplicifolia. In the Netherlands we know this as nightcap herb. Griffonia simplicifolia is positive for body and mind. It is therefore considered a precursor to serotonin ('happiness hormone') and melatonin because it influences the formation of these important neurotransmitters. Golden Naturals 5-HTP 200 mg also contains the 'uplifting' vitamin B1: good for the state of mind and it contributes to mental resilience. Vitamin B1, like Griffonia simplicifolia, is also good for the nervous system. BioPerine® has been added for good absorption.

Use and dosage
Instructions
1 x daily 1 capsule, preferably during the meal with water. Suitable for children from 12 years. Do not use in combination with drugs that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers. Do not exceed recommended daily amount. Not suitable when you want to have children and when you are pregnant, but when you are breastfeeding. Consult an expert before use in case of illness or medication.
